The bed was too low and soft for my height, making sleep uncomfortable. However, the accessibility features of the hotel made moving around much easier for me during my stay.

The king bed sat lower than expected, making it a struggle to get out of for taller folks. The long walk from the room to the casino could be tiring, especially if you're planning on frequent trips back and forth. Also, I faced a mix-up with credit card charges that turned out to be more hassle than I anticipated.

Reasons to love it – and reasons not to
Brand new hotel with beautiful King and double Queen accommodations! Plenty of drink options at the rooftop bar, providing a lovely spot to unwind.
Drinks were a bit pricey, and the casino, while smoke-free, felt a tad underwhelming in activity.

The Terre Haute Casino Resort is a beautifully designed space, featuring accessible areas that make navigation easy for seniors. The king room was spacious and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the security measures in place for guest safety.
More dining options for seniors would be beneficial.

easy access to parks and attractions for weekend strolls
During my recent stay, I loved that I could easily stroll to Deming Park, just a 3.5 km walk away, and also took the opportunity to explore the nearby Swope Art Museum, which is about 6 km from the hotel. it's perfect for anyone who enjoys discovering local landmarks and parks on foot.

I had a great stay in a comfortable Queen Room. The mini fridge and coffee maker were handy, but the king bed was too low and soft for my tall frame. Overall, I would come back!
